Structure will help you be accountable, so schedule when you get up and when you go to bed

Motivation is the next step. Make a plan for the next day.Even making a list  will give you the feeling of accomplishment and give you something to look forward to. 

Get up and dress the part. Getting dressed everyday gives you a sense of structure. Being in your PJ’s will promote more rest and less action.

Eat regular meals and snacks. Keeping your energy up throughout the day will lift your moods and encourage you to be active. 

Have a bath or shower – aqua therapy is not only good for good hygiene, it is also a great way to relax.

Keep your hobbies alive and rekindle some old ones or one’s you always wanted to try out. 

Get an hour of fresh air – oxygen is vital. Breath deeply while you’re out.

Ensuring 30 mins of exercise is essential for a healthy mental state. It can be as simple as walking,

Pray and or meditate at the same time in the same place every day.  Taking time to pause and focus on what is most important is crucial for emotional and mental health. 

Connect with someone – humans are made for connection. Phone, email, or skype to dispel your aloneness and to realize we are all in this together.
